This project is located in the Topps Industrial Parkway in Willoughby, Ohio right off of Route 20.
JCI was hired as the General Contractor by Ascendtech.
Scope of project:
-- Extensive site work -- Erection of steel building
Installation of 120 feet of 54" storm pipe. 8500 sq ft. Warehouse expansion
Installation of storm retention system.
Site preparation and truck docks
-- Concrete parking lot and truck docks
