understanding of all project specifications, and then provide you with a
competitive pricing proposal that includes all foreseeable costs and
contingencies.
As the general contractor, JCI will be responsible for providing all of the
material, labor, equipment, vehicles, tools and services necessary for the
construction of your project.
Self Performer...
As a general contractor we have the ability to self perform masonry,
carpentry (rough & finish), metal studs, drywall and acoustical ceiling
work.
Communication is a vital part of any construction project and thats why
our project managers & superintendents are in constant contact with every
client. Each client is provided with the phone number and email address of
their specific project manager enabling them to be readily available to
answer questions or resolve any issues 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Each client is also granted access to their very own "project portal" FTP
site that provides them with weekly project reports, pictures, etc.
