JCI works closely with our clients to meet their budgetary goals and provide a simple cost
effective solution for their project.
JCI's staff takes the time to understand the needs of their clients as well as the operational
needs for the project at hand.
Each client is provided with the cell phone number and email address of their designated
project manager or superintendent. This allows the project manager to be available 7 days a
week, 24 hours a day to provide assistance with any questions or concerns the client may
have.
A "client only" site page will also be provided to the client enabling them to view progress
and information at anytime throughout the duration of their project.

Safety is extremely important to JCI Contractors...

All project managers have received their OSHA 30 hour construction safety training.
Everyday each project site is evaluated for safety concerns before any tradesmen, laborers
and subcontractors begin work.
JCI makes sure that all construction activities are in compliance with OSHA standards.

Site management is an important element to the construction process...

JCI's site coordinator will develop a detailed site management plan to ensure that the clients
operations are not disturbed in any way during construction.
The site management plan is followed very closely and a copy is given to the client and
subcontractors.
